Fit-1 Personal Training offers several fitness programs which are tailored to
your fitness needs. After a full, comprehensive, measurement and body composition
analysis, your program will be developed by a Certified Fitness Trainer. If you
have any medical issues, a Clinical Exercise Specialist will be preparing your
program. Your personal goals and physical needs are taken into consideration
as your program is prepared by a fitness professional.

sessions - 3x a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9 am and
10:30 am
