Fit-1 Personal Training offers several fitness programs which are tailored to your fitness needs. After a full, comprehensive, measurement and body composition analysis, your program will be developed by a Certified Fitness Trainer. If you have any medical issues, a Clinical Exercise Specialist will be preparing your program. Your personal goals and physical needs are taken into consideration as your program is prepared by a fitness professional.

Ongoing one-to-one training
Group exercise Classes
Beginning mid-June we'll be offering 3 45 minutes circuit training sessions - 3x a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9 am and 10:30 am with a
fitness trainer. Call for details.
10 Week weight Loss/Exercise Clinics are offered in the Fall, Winter and Spring.
