At Fit-1 Personal Training, your fitness program is prepared after you
have completed your fitness evaluation. If you have any medical
issues, your healthcare professionals input is key to establishing
guidelines and goals for you.
Your program will consist of three major components
which are, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and stretching
for flexibility. All aspects of your program are taught and supervised
for correct positioning and to ensure safety while working out.
As you begin your workouts with a Certified Trainer or Clinical
Exercise Specialist, your program will be monitored at all times and changes
will be made as warranted by your exercise response. Our goal is
to improve your health and help you to achieve your own personal
goals.
Proper
nutrition is an extremely important part of your exercise regime
and it is vital to properly fuel your body to support your exercise
program as well as improve your general health. Therefore, nutrition
education is part of every program to provide life-long healthy
eating habits. For those clients interested in weight loss we use
a log book to record our eating habits and get the best possible
results.
Your one hour workout will include exercises that target specific
muscle groups for the best effect. The exercises are changed
for your next workout to work different muscle fibers for
a total body workout.
